History

With over 40 years’ experience in the Reprographics Industry and dealings with the country's BlueChip architects, construction, electrical, mechanical and consulting engineers of past and present.

It all started back in 1967 Tony began working for the UDO Group as a foot messenger. He worked his way up to branch manager (Mayfair) and then decided to start his own company which was called “Sarkpoint”

Sarkpoint soon became the busiest print room in London and was the go-to place for all of London’s premier architects working closely with the likes of Sir James Stirling, Sir Richard Rodgers,  Sir Norman Foster, Sir Michael Hopkins, Sir Terry Farrell, William Alsop, David Marks and Julia Barfield to name a few.

Sarkpoint also became a mecca for the London students, knowing that they would get all the help and guidance they needed to produce the best course work possible, even though they would leave it until the last minute they all knew their work would be complete and handed in on time, even if it meant working through the night or over weekends,  a large amount of these Students have gone on to establish some of the UK’S leading practices.

In 1995 James started work for Sarkpoint as a delivery driver and over the years has worked his way up through the business learning from the best people in the industry and still has close ties with those people (friends and Family) that are always on hand to help when necessary.

In 1996 Sarkpoint was sold to the UDO Group and Tony was appointed MD he went on to enforce Sarkpoint’s traits and work ethics across the UDO Group before selling UDO to what is now Servicepoint.

In 2002 FV Repro opened its doors to the public and hasn’t looked back. In the past our industry has been tucked away on industrial estates only available to those that know we are there, with FV Repro we wanted to be a part of the high street where the general public would get to know our name and what we have to offer, whether it is a black and white passport copy or a printed door, we wanted them to know it is possible.

As a result, we have achieved our goal and over the years we have established ourselves in Dartford and the surrounding areas as one of the county's leading print suppliers to the general public and companies alike.

Working on a majority of major construction projects in Kent has enabled us to build relationships with companies from all over the country.
